Tana Goertz is an internationally-recognized entrepreneur, leader, project manager, speaker, author, and success coach. She is best known as a finalist in the hit reality shows 'The Apprentice Season 3' and 'Fear Factor', as well as the spokesperson for The Bedazzler, and several other companies.

Tana is currently in high-demand as an inspirational speaker, business development facilitator, and success coach worldwide. Tana has summed up what she does in eight short words - "I help people attract success into their lives".

As I mentioned in the introduction, Tana came to the attention of a worldwide audience through her appearance on Season 3 of The Apprentice USA. She was also a Top Achiever in the network marketing company Mary Kay Cosmetics. While doing all of this, Tana is also a mother of two children.

My guest on today's show is Ronald Earl Wilsher.

He helps people make more money (and have more fun!) by building and developing their own personal BRAND. Most importantly, he helps people develop the courage to be themselves. He has a son named Jacob Ellis and resides near Austin, Texas with his beautiful and amazing wife Sherry Lee.

In the introduction there, I mentioned the word BRAND, and that's a term or phrase we usually associate with either a product or service etc. But in today's interview with Ron, we want to re-define that term by making it more personal, and applying it to ourselves and how we can build and develop ourselves as a personal brand.
